Language Arts: Write a response to the chapter "Streaming" pages 16-22
DUE MONDAY: One of the responses below.
Choice A: Write a character descpription about Elliot. Include many adjectives of your own to describe his personality and also find evidence from the text to support the adjectives you chose. You may wish to also include a picture of what you think he looks like.
Choice B: Write a pararaph about an emotion you may have had regarding Elliot and how he fits in and is treated at his school.
Math: Today students made corrections on pattern worksheets taking their responses to a higher level. We will begin a new problem, team-wide on Monday, regarding a river with trips both ways involving the use of variables and constants.
Social Studies: We found various locations in the state of VT on a map and discussed who has traveled north, south, west, east of Burlington. We explored where rivers get their source and how flooding occured in VT this year.
Science: We are learning about variables and controls.
